Breakfast · United States · Charleston

Stone-Ground Buttermilk Grits 🌽

Slow-whisked stone-ground corn simmered in water and buttermilk until silky, then finished with cold butter — the Lowcountry bowl that Southern diners defend like family honour. Top with shrimp, country ham or aged cheddar.
